Notes about availability of our other / future Ex Display Buildings (NB. Any buildings shown in the list above are available now)
1. Age: Over 90% of all of our display buildings are current year models
(Thus features shown and selection available are likely to be right up to date).
2. Removal: Buildings are cleared from the site in a certain order, starting in mid October. Each building will be allocated a month for clearance.
(If you want to know the reason, it is because we have the replacement show buildings coming in a certain order and we like to
ensure that our customers for new buildings always have a show model to view.)
3. Start of Sale: Most of the ex-display buildings are put up for sale around mid June. (Each building signed with price/clearance month)
4. Ordering before the sale period: If you wish to ensure that you get the building that you want,
then do let us know straight away and we will calculate the sale price for you to accept or refuse (month of clearance may have to be advised later).
5. Deposits must be paid on ordering AND are non-refundable (In certain cases where cancellation is early or for good reason, we may offer a usable credit note).
6. We operate on a 'First Come - First served' basis, so we do not take 'reservations'. The first customer to order makes the purchase.
7. Why buy an Ex-Display? The normal ex display sale is NOT a way of getting buildings quickly, it is about getting a better discount for the building that you want
(in exchange for waiting for it). We know that we price our ex-display buildings fairly because we always sell them!
Over 80% are contracted for sale in good time for us to re-lay the area ready for the following year's display.
8. If you do want a building quickly, then you will need to either order a building from the 'available now' list or one from stock.
