An integral loft
A ladder which is positioned against the back wall.
Full CE certificate with many safety features

8' x 6' deep (2.44m x 1.83m), plus 2' 6" verandah (0.76m)

Eaves height:

3' 10" (1.17m) on low side, 4' 10" (1.47m) on the high side.

Ridge height:

7'2" (2.18m)

Safety acrylic

Cladding:

12mm tongue and grooved deal shiplap All planed and fully prepared quality timber

Framing:

33mm x 45mm prepared quality deal timber. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints.

Floors and Roofs:

12mm T&G timber (no chipboard, sterling board or OSB board) and roof covered with green mineral roofing felt.

Treatment:

Factory treated with spirit based timber treatment throughout. -Can be overpainted (but we strongly advise waiting for a few weeks after delivery)

Delivery Times The current expected delivery time is 3-6 weeks subject to location. Please do ask if you require your building sooner and we will try to help.

Please Note: If you are opting for installation, then Malvern insist on a flat level concrete/paving slab base. This must be in place before delivery/installation.

Please Also Note: The facia boards and some other details are regularly modified to keep designs up to date, so some minor details shown in pictures may no longer be available.
