( generally the manufacturer's trained teams will take no more than two days to install your Malvern Garden Office ).

Uses
The Malvern range of Garden Office can be used for any purpose. The term "Garden Office" implies that it is only an office but this is definitely not the case. With the cost of property at an all-time high, many people are taking advantage of a garden office to add additional living space to their home. The Malvern garden offices can be used for many purposes including:

Please note - Malvern Offices are all customisable (or fully made to measure if you wish) with a choice of colours, different styles of roof, partitions and many more. We are also able to provide a number of added extras. including guttering and downpipes, additional windows and doors and georgian windows.
Minimum Specification:
Malvern garden offices are all fully insulated with double glazing and locking doors - ensuring that they are just like another room in your house.
Furthermore, the double glazing is 4mm toughened - The top [Class A] safety product.
All opening windows are fitted with lockable key catches.
All doors are fitted with a 5 lever mortise locks and brass door
handles. On the double doors the slave door is fitted with flush bolts.
External Cladding: 12mm Scandinavian Redwood tongue and grooved shiplap boards as standard. (Or upgrade to Canadian Western Red Cedar).
Internal Cladding: The internal walls clad in natural tounge and grooved matchboard (or upgrade to painted patterned mdf) and are lined with a breather paper membrane, then insulated with Ufoil ®. This insulation is fitted in the cavity between the cladding and 45mm x 70mm framework.
Floor
A weather resistant 18mm OSB Sterling board floor is fixed to 70mm x 45mm pressure treated tanalised floor joists. In between the sterling board and floor joists we lay vapour barrier screen, insulation is then laid on top of the 18mm sterling board floor. 7mm laminate floor covering can be ordered as an option which is laid on top of the insulation.
Roof
Bitumin roof tiles are laid onto a weather resistant 12mm OSB Sterling board roof. Roof tiles are available in black, red or green.
As an option you may to choose to upgrade to a western red cedar shingle tiled roof.
The inside of the roof is insulated with Ufoil®. The inside of our roofs
are lined with 12mm tongue and grooved Scandinavian redwood matchboards.
External Finish
Buildings are treated with a comprehensive Tecknos paint system to both protect and decorate the exterior. Each panel receives three coats of your chosen colour. Tongue and grooved boards are pre-sprayed prior to manufacture to prevent shrinkage marks, they receive two further coats once the the panels have been constructed. Windows and doors have a base coat then a further top coat of your chosen colour. All Malvern Garden offices are supplied with a choiceof a medium oak colour as standard, or upgrade to a choice of painted or stained colours.
All Malvern Garden Offices are fully guaranteed for 10 years
The Malvern Range of Garden Offices are insulated with Ufoil®, which is polythene bubble sandwiched between aluminum foil.

Doors and Windows
Windows and doors can be positioned to suit your requirements; the exact size of the buildings can also be tailored to fit your specification.
What defines a 'Hallow' - To keep things simple, Malvern have based each name around a 'look'. The Hallow has a half glazed/half boarded single door (1981mm x 762mm) and casement style windows.
As standard The Hallow comes with three 1200mm x 1200mm casement/vent double glazed windows and single half glazed door. Extra windows and doors /double doors can be added if required – see options. All windows and doors are fitted with 4mm toughened double glazed units as standard.
Internally The Hallow is fully lined and insulated making it warm and comfortable for all round year use.
Don't forget there are a huge selection of options.
Prior to delivery The Hallow is treated with three coats of medium oak stain, should you prefer there are a range of exciting colours to choose from.
The roof of The Hallow is covered with bitumen roof tiles available in black, red or green. There is also the option to add cedar shingles.

What defines a 'Henwick' - To keep things simple, Malvern have based each name around a 'look'. The Henwick has a verandah on one side (this can be on a gable or an eaves) and it has a half glazed/half boarded single door along with casement style windows.
As standard The Henwick comes with four 1200mm x 1200mm casement/vent double glazed windows and single half glazed door. Extra windows and doors /double doors can be added if required – see options. All windows and doors are fitted with 4mm toughened double glazed units as standard.
Internally, the Henwick is fully lined and insulated making it warm and comfortable for all round year use.

Delivery Times
The expected delivery time is 4-10 weeks - subject to seasonal demand, specification and location.
Please do ask if you require your building sooner and we will try to help.
Please Note: If you are opting for installation, then Malvern insist on a flat level concrete/paving slab base.
This must be in place before delivery/installation. (please do ask us if you require advice OR help with base work.

Malvern Garden Offices include wooden pavilion, timber Pavilion, deal pavilion, garden pavilion, village Pavilion, painted pavilion, coloured Pavilion,
double glazed Pavilion, insulated pavilion. High spec specification Home Offices can be pre wired. ie. Eectrical wiring can be put in before erecting.
