All Bakers Contemporary Home Office and Garden Rooms / Studios come with all four walls and roof insulated and lined with TGV matchboarding,
secret nailed and are finished with skirtings, architraves and scotia’s.
They include double glazed doors and windows (All double glazing within the contemporary range is toughened), base coat preservative and timber bearers.
Price also includes local delivery and erection.
